Our crafts are made using traditional materials such as woven grasses, natural fibres, wood, beadwork, and other locally sourced materials. Specific details are listed in each product description.

4. How do I care for my handcrafted item?

To preserve your piece:

• Avoid extended exposure to direct sunlight
• Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth
• Care instructions may vary depending on the product.

5. Are the colours exactly as shown online?

We do our best to represent colours accurately. However, lighting during photography and individual screen settings may cause slight differences in appearance.

7. Do you deliver across South Africa?

Yes, we deliver nationwide across South Africa.

8. How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes:
• 2–4 business days for major cities
• 3–6 business days for regional areas
Delivery times exclude weekends and public holidays.

9. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and parcel size. Oversized handcrafted items may require special courier arrangements.

10. Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

11. What if my item arrives damaged?

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and send clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will assist in line with our Returns & Refund Policy.

Yes. Returns are accepted in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition.
